For social media management clients, you must have an active business account for both Facebook and Instagram and they MUST be connected. Also, an active Planoly account must be created. This can be the free account version, or one of the paid versions.
Any subscriptions canceled earlier than the mandatory 2 months will be blocked from booking any future services.
